• High carbon, rust-resistant, stainless steel blades remain hygienic if properly maintained.
• Blade thickness tapers from the spine of the knife to the edge and from the heel to the tip, giving it the correct balance. The weight of the blade supports the weight of the handle, creating a perfectly balanced knife.
• Handle is durable, comfortable to hold and provides a secure grip.
• A colored ring between the blade and handle closes off any possible gaps between the 2 parts, making the product extremely hygienic.
• The hammering pattern increases the hardness of the blade while giving it a specific look. • Thanks to the sheath (provided with the product), the cutting edge of the knife is protected when stored in a drawer with other utensils. The sheath allows safe handling and transporting of the knife.
